So when you choose to order a product, you will be transferred to their website to complete the order process. They determine the product prices, product groupings and any special offerings or discounts. They establish the Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy. Charges to your credit card or payment method will be in US Dollars ( USD ), as shown on their website order pages. The amount charged for your order will then be shown in the amount converted to Canadian Dollars ( CAD ) on your bank or credit card statement.
HEALTH CANADA
Health Canada, an agency of the national government, has placed certain restrictions on the amount of dietary health supplements that citizens, residents and visitors to Canada may bring in, carry in, or import ( receive ) by shipments. This includes all packages that are shipped from the USA to Canada.
At the present time, you will only be allowed to order a 90-Day Supply

We are not responsible if a package is not delivered or if any Customs Office, Department or Agency damages, loses, withholds, destroys or sends back a package.

If you want to temporarily Pause or Cancel your Subscription / SAS Auto Shipment, you must Contact Us .. The order is otherwise subject to their regular policies for Shipping and Returns, as provided as their website. At any time, you can also Resume any prior Subscription / SAS Auto Shipment that was Paused or Canceled, by using our Online Contact Us Form.
SHIPPING PACKAGES from USA to Canada
Our partner website in the USA generally ships their packages using the US Postal Service First Class Package International Service ( usps.com ) ( which generally takes 7 to 21 days ), to provide fast and the super low shipping cost, with a TRACKING NUMBER provided to you by a Shipping Confirmation Email. However, they may use another carrier, from time to time, based on the circumstances, and in their sole and exclusive discretion. ) They use US Postal Service First Class Package International Service ( which generally takes 7 to 21 days ).
Once your package from the USA reaches Canada, it is handed over to Canada Post, which has a partnership with the US Postal Service, for Customs Clearance and Delivery. You can track your package using either of their online systems.
